• Your PID is your login ID. On first transaction the password will be sent on the registered mobile number / e-mail ID
• You would require to change your password on first login.
• You can use Generate New Password / Forgot Password link in case you want to regenerate your password.
• Reports can be best viewed on Google Chrome(version 40.0.2214 and above), Mozilla(version 38 and above), and IE(version 9 and above). Users need to activate the "Compatibility View" option under "Tool" menu.
• HIV reports are not available on the website.
• Hospital IPD Patient reports are not available on the website.
